NYC Marathon Data Viz Poster
This richly detailed typographic visualization celebrates a city, a race, and all of the racers who make it so special.

The entire course of the marathon is rendered along with the languages spoken along every mile of the way. I made visualization this for my partner Nora when she ran her first race... now her TWO finisher medals hang from the frame! I thought it would be nice to share this one with other runners... and other lovers of runners.
